Thanks for clearing it up

Hi. I'm facing an unespected situation with the orchestral piece I'm
working on. I have two percussion parts. One is playing basically
accesories but needs to change to marimba in some point. I wanted Finale to
handle the change to make playback easier so I used the Change instrument
tool and Final

I'm sorry, just recorded the video with Game DVR and it seems that the
dropdown menus are not shown, but I selected the following tools:
Align/Move, Tremolos (this one opened), Harmonics and Options.

Hi, has anyone experienced issues with TGTools v.3rc2 or beta in Finale

Hi, can anyone confirm that this bug is still present in Finale 25,3 for
Windows? When I have "Display measure numbers" active but have some
measures not included in measure numbering, Finale seems to behave quite
strangely: if I change a barline style, for instance, clicking on the
barline box and
AFAIK, Instruments.txt does not longer exist. Instrument definitions are
hardwired and compiled and determined by the programmers, we no longer have
an option to define instruments.

By outgoing, do you mean the naturals that are cancelled? If that's the
case, use the normal new key signature (with the cancelling naturals
shown), hide the barline, add some extra space between the cancelled key
and the new one and add a smart shape line as barline.

There seems to be a bug, also found in Fin25. The clef assignment can be
changed (to treble clef) but playback is wrong anyway. You'll have to do it
in the old way, with Staff Styles (and tell Makemusic too)

Wasn't it that this option of changing the palettes was disabled in 2012 or

Try loading as Administrator. If it does not work, try loading in in
compatibility mode, let it check the compatibility and save the results. It
might work sometimes then, but maybe you'll have to do the procedure every
now and then. I tried it in Windows 10, btw.

I've got a lot of compatibility issues in Windows 10. I have to make sure
everytime that it's run in Administrator mode. Besides that, it seems to
work quite ok, have not experienced anything really strange yet.

And wasn't it that they were to rebundle the option of changing palettes?

Hello
I have just run into a problem with Finale 2014 on Windows 8.1. I cannot
select Maestro Wide in any instance, it always reverts to Maestro regular.
I am aware there was an issue in FinWin10 and Windows 7 that was supposedly
corrected with an update (I skipped Windows 2010 altogether) and had

Don, I'd also suggest that you try Jari Williamson's JWChange plugin. It
