Hi David,
Yes, the problem is by no means isolated to scores viewed in Concert Pitch. It
affects parts and transposed scores equally. Accidentals on staves using
Finale's "Chromatic Transposition" setting are broken, and seem to have been
getting progressively worse of late.

Thanks to Jari and Christopher for their replies. "Auto Freeze Accidentals"
was unchecked in the Speedy Menu, and with that now checked, the accidentals
behave as I expect them to.

Regarding #1, make sure to freeze the accidental if you never want it to
disappear. It's some-modifier-key and the '*' key on the Mac as well.
Don't know about #2a
#2b I can't reproduce. Are you using transposing staves or something
perhaps?
