enter "magnify" in the
box.
If you're on Mac I can't help but I expect it has something similar.

As far as I know there is no way of doing that in Finale, but you
could change the monitor's resolution to make everything bigger. I
realize it isn't the answer you're looking for, but unless someone
else has a better solution, that could work for you.
