Finale has a horizontal scroll, at least FinMac 2009a does. Holding
down the shift key and rolling the scroll wheel advances you
horizontally in the score. In scroll view,

Apple mouse with a scroll wheel, you can just roll it horizontally to
get a horizontal scroll (no shift key needed). Or, on a laptop's
trackpad, you can use a two-finger swipe to get a horizontal scroll.

forth full pages in scroll view or page view - that is very quick and
saves much clicking.
