So you're saying the 32nd beam stub on the G is facing the wrong
direction?
Would that also mean that you would expect to see a 16th beam stub as
well (facing backwards)?

Yes, that 32nd beamlet is pointing the wrong direction. Finale is
HORRIBLE at this kind of thing. Try checking
Enter in 4/4:
f-16th - 32nd rest - g-32nd - f-16th - 32nd rest - f-32nd
