(root)LibraryAppSuppMMFin2012MusicFilesDefaultFilesMaestroFontDefault
and using the Page Layout tool to changethe paper size.

but the Engraved Default file.

The default page size chosen in the Setup Wizard is controlled by the Document
Style. The default document style is “Engraved Style”: that’s the file you need
to edit.
If you have other page sizes you use regularly you can create other document
styles, each with the page size, appropriate
differences
with a more recent version.
