I have a friend on Finale 2008 who is trying to define playback for repeated
sections and wants certain parts to play back either the first time only or the
secind time only. Can this be done without having to manually write out the
repeats in a separate playback copy of the

I've done a wind band arrangement which involves some clapping. To
notate the clapping I entered the notes of the bass (16va with my
required rhythm, not the same as the bass) then used the staff style
for rhythmic notation.

To do this, he could either reduce the velocities of the clapping
sections to zero using the MIDI Tool (and be sure that Human Playback
