I want a shell script to be executed everytime I change to a different desk.
In the case of
Key Right A SC Desk 1
this is easy enough, just build a function around that "Desk" call.
But how do I do this if I switch desks by clicking in the pager?

Hi, all.
Last night, I attempted to install fink, and it seems to have made my
OS 10.1.5 incapable of accessing the internet.
I downloaded and installed fink-0.4.0-installer.dmg. I thought the
install went ok, as I now have a sw folder on my OS X hard drive. But
I cannot seem to get anything
When trying to "fink install db3" (or 4), I get this error:
checking for ar... missing_ar
configure: error: No ar utility found.
### (cd failed, exit code 1
Failed: compiling db3-3.3.11-6 failed
ar is in /usr/bin. and ar.h is in /usr/include. Other installs seem to
use ar.

Electric Eyes is not available via fink, it seems.
I downloaded the source, replaced config.sub and config.guess with the
ones in my /usr/libexec folder, then changed the Makefile, and added
"-no-cpp-precomp -flat_namespace" to the CFLAGS part of it.
