seen, the default terminal uses the .tcshrc file not .cshrc.
You can use either. Try it.

It means that one of your package descriptions (*.info file) is corrupt.
Doesn't it tell you a file name or package n
It did not tell me what file it was. It just said "here-document."
However, I know exactly which file it is because I copied a .info file from
the unstable tree to the local tree.
Now that I have removed it, I no longer get the warning.

system, one of many I have installed over the past year, and they have all
used .tcshrc files.
Perhaps this is because I also install Apple's Developer Tools??

What I did was copy 2 unstable .info files (specifically
xmysqladmin-1.0-3.info and xmysqladmin-1.0-3.patch) from the unstable tree
into my local tree via the terminal.
I installed the app. Got the warning, but that didn't really affect me other
than the warning.

and couldn't get fink to run at all. That's when I went back and edited the
.tcshrc file, and then fink ran smoothly.
