Just a question: is there particular reason you are installing Mozilla with fink? Mozilla 1.2 is out for OS X in binary as a package and, for once, seems pretty stable (unlike Chimera by the way). I have been using it for several days now and I am more pleased than I thought I would be. Daniel

Jim, Have you heard of Carbon Copy Cloner? It uses ditto to create bootable clones of OSX volumes. Now in your case you don't want the OSX system since the TiBook is certainly different than the G3 in video drivers at minimum and probably much more. but you might be able use ditto to clone /usr
