I have tried to install Fink and am having some
trouble. Any help would be appreciated.
I unpacked Fink and it installed a whole
bunch of stuff into ~/sw
Next I added the command
"source /sw/bin/init.csh"
into .cshrc ( as well as the .tcshrc) files
However, I get an error when I run the next
I am trying to install BioPerl from the
libs/perlmods section.
I download it, unzip it... then what?
I ran "fink list" but fink doesn't
see it. Should I move the Bioperl folder
to somewhere inside sw?
