[Fink-devel] Creating a package

I've got the Small Device C Compiler package running on OS X and I'd like to make it available as a fink package. I had a look at the documentation pages on the Fink home page but I can't figure out what to do. Clearly I'm missing some simple, fundamental piece of information, but I don't kn
