This would be a lot easier if OmniWeb stopped calling everything it downloaded from the trackers "download.php". Can this be fixed?
I am incredibly annoyed by that as well. It is a bug in their server, i believe, but they don't seem to care:

The download URL for texinfo-4.2 was changed several days ago. Please run
"fink selfupdate-cvs" to get an updated version of the fink .info file for
this package, which will find the source at the correct location.

there is a problem with fink's texinfo. Version 4.2 doesn't exist
anymore and it has been replaced by v4.3. As a result I'm not able to
install a lot of software that require texinfo, such as gnuplot, swig
and so on...
