Hey,
Both postfix-release and gdal need updating, and I haven't had time
recently to do what needs to be done. Having an unstable computer
doesn't help things.
Anyway, if anyone would like to take over those packages, I would
appreciate it.
There are newer postfix packages than those in CVS i

Hey all,
I want to make the postfix package track releases and deprecate

Hi,
I just noticed a bug in the bug tracker that applies to postfix;
normally I wouldn't have noticed.
How am I supposed to find out about bugs in the tracker? It seems like
quite a lot more effort than it's worth to have to manually check it. I

Hey all,
It seems like the users in passwd should have mail aliases to root --
otherwise mail to, say, postfix will end up in a postfix mail spool that
no one ever checks.
Right now, I have the postfix.package creating an alias from postfix to

Postfix 1.1 was just released, and I want to update the postfix package,
but it is currently at 20011226. I haven't tested this, but I have a
feeling that Fink thinks 20011226 > 1.1.

Well, that pretty much sums it up. I'm thinking /var/mail for
compatibility.
If I already have mail in /var/spool/mail, and I switch to a new MTA
via Fink, and the new MTA delivers to /sw/var/spool/mail, then all
of my mail is going to disappear.
