I can't build scientificpython-py23 on my Tiger system. I see from the archives that others have had this problem but I didn't see a resolution to it. Do I need to rebuild g77 or something? Should I email the maintainer at this point? Thanks in advance. Cheers, -Morgan

snip So it seems that the previously installed libgettext3-dev is obviously deselected in the gimp2 install process although it is needed later on. I could install gimp by installing every package dependent on libgettext3-dev, e.g. gtk+2, individually right after installing/selecting
