wcstools: /sw/bin/wcstools

So you get the same problem after installing the package. Do you mean this

My previous installation is under /sw/bin/wcstools (version 3.7.7). It was
installed by another software package. Do you think removing older version and
reinstalling (using Fink) the current one will solve the problem?
