Hi,
I’m having similar problems installing coreutils on Mavericks. Here’s the
output as suggested from previous post:
nm -m
/sw/lib/perl5/5.16.2/darwin-thread-multi-2level/auto/Locale/gettext/gettext.bundle
| grep _libintl_textdomain

On Mountain Lion [recently upgraded in place from Lion],
file-path-pm5124 fails like so:
/sw/bin/dpkg: error processing
/sw/fink/dists/stable/main/binary-darwin-x86_64/libs/perlmods/file-path-pm5124_2.09-2_darwin-x86_64.deb

fink also fails to install coreutils for me… It fails in installing the man
pages. I tried the two workaround suggested before:
fink install libgettext8-dev
fink rebuild locale-gettext-pm5162
but that did not solve the problem for me. Any ideas how to get past this
hurdle to get gcc48?

Apologies if this has already been on the list, I've been
deleting everything I thought was fixed...
I _think_ this is the error, full log available if not:
mv -f .deps/liboctave_la-idx-vector.Tpo
.deps/liboctave_la-idx-vector.Plo
/bin/sh ../libtool --tag=CXX --mode=compile flag-sort -r

Hi
I am not able to install pytables-py27 on my Fink 10.9 / x86_64 system. The
process terminates with the message:
fink install pytables-py27
Password:
Information about 8165 packages read in 1 seconds.
Can't resolve dependency "hdf5.7" for package "pytables-py27-2.3.1-1" (no

I have a problem with the Fink ddd package on 10.9.
Below is the error message.
Clearly g++ provided by clang behaves differently than on 10.8 where it
compiled fine.
1) There is no more option -mminimal-toc
2) It is (justifiably) more fussy about ambiguous overloading.
Is there a remedy?

Thank you for the detailed. After changing "fink selfupdate" from rsync to cvs
I also see lyx2-x11-2.0.6-64 as the latest version, and it works even for me.
