[Fink-users] gnuplot fails to build on 10.11

I found the following post http://lists.apple.com/archives/macnetworkprog/2015/Jun/msg00025.html that seems to describe the rationale from Apple on this issue. Basically, they deprecated use of Open SSL back in Mac OS 10.7
