Hi fink list,
I've recently discovered my 'gs' has stopped working. Not sure why.
I am using the http://xquartz.macosforge.org/ X11 which some old
emails imply might be related to this. When I run gs, this is what I
get:
$ /sw/bin/gs
dyld: Library not loaded: /usr/X11/lib/libpng12.0.dylib

Hi List,
I'm running 'fink install absoft-fortran' but getting the following

and fink 0.28.1.

I'm running OS X 10.5 and fink 0.27.9 dist 0.8.1.cvs
I'm trying to save some space, but cleanup doesn't appear to be
doing much. I've checked the FAQ and the word 'cleanup' isn't
anywhere in it, nor do I see this addressed recently on the mail
list.
I type "fink cleanup" and "fink cleanup --a
Hi All,
I'm doing a 'fink update-all' and it appears that updating imagemagick
requires the entire Gnome set of dependencies. Am I missing something?
Why is imagemagick dependent on Gnome? Any work-arounds?
Thanks,
-k.
I've done a 'fink update-all' and run into some problems with mod-python. I
think. How do I downgrade? How do I find out the previous version?
I have libapache2-mod-python-py24 3.3.1-1 installed. Looking in the
backup file list I see this recently:
libapache2-mod-python-py24_3.1.4-4_darwin-p
I can't update rrdate rrdtool. It won't download (404) or when it does the
md5 checksum does not match. Output included below.
I'm also getting the "Validatio of splitoffs failed." It is my understanding
that I should just ignore this message. Is that correct?
Thanks,
-k.

I'm trying to install Trac (package is trac-py24) but running into dependency problems...I think it is related to svn-shlibs depending on neon24-ssl-shlibs and not the regular neon24-shlibs (why the ssl requirement?).
Does anyone have any advice on how to resolve this? Thanks, -k.$ fink install t
