I don't really know about the panels ...but when you launch oroborosx..
in the menu at the top...there is an Options>XDarwin preferences.
Bring that up and under the startup tab be sure keymappings is set to US.
You may also want to check your System Preferences>International settings.

If you aren't using cvs then this advice is wrong.
Your Fink install is up to date...not old.
Gnome-core is up to 1.4
there.
This is based on the unlikelihood you actually used "finkself update"
rather than the correct "fink selfupdate".
Been there, done that (lots).

I guess you're saying "don't read the fink-commits list unle

Fink has good points:

Why would that not show up in my fink list after a fink selfupdate-cvs?
Yes, I read the packaging page but all I - a non-programmer - could
glean was that several packages could be set up to use the same info
and patch files.
Thanks.

According to the fink devlist there seems to be temporary problems.

If that's all it is, then why all the documentation on the cvs access page?
Are you saying it's incorrect
VS. This script will not update this
installation. Run 'cvs update -d -P' in the directory '/sw/fink' instead.
I do, and it works, but it seems I am missing something.
Why the extra step?
And where does fink selfupdate-cvs come in?
Thanks

I am sorry. I don't know that it's a package problem or
a problem of my own making.
I apologize.
In any case gdk-pixbuf-shlibs-0.16.0-2 is installed
as part of the bundle-gnome package I believe.

I'm fixing to be sorry aren't I.
Why would I need a server to run mozilla? Dillo doesn't need one.
