Can't help you with the Fink version. I couldn't get it to work either.
However ther is a Aqua version that does seem to be more advanced. It
does have full screen but does have a few issues with network files
with a slow i/f.

previous functions. This function did work in an earlier version of KDE/Mac
OS. But it no longer seems to work on this Power Book or my

with tar and re-install, I get much better results. This assumes that
the machines are nominally running the same OS and tools.

I think you are trying to unpack into an area owned by root, No Priv.
/sw/ is owned by root and you didn't say if you are logged in as root
(If root has been turned on). I don't se you using a sudo command.
