Hello, I installed the bundle-kde-ssl package using Mac OS X 10.3 and Apple's Xfree (X11.app). Everything runs fine, but there is a little problem. I can launch KDE without problems. But I'm wondering why every KDE window doesn't have the KDE typicla Close, Minimize and so on Buttons. Instead

Lars, A couple of suggestions. First launch kcontrol from xterm. Use it to turn off icons on Desktop. Quit kcontrol. When icons are dispayed on the kde desktop, there is a layer between your mouse/keyboard input and the user interface buttons, etc. When kde is used with X11 in full-screen mode, the

Hello, I don't know how but I was able to solve this problem. I did not change any of the configuration files. All I did was that I unchecked the box in the window with "Kandalf's tips" that pops up after kde has launched. So is does not appear anymore. Somehow I was able to do so - don't know
