I was excited, an update to mono-tools. I thought I'd get monodoc working!
Alas, I'm still fumbling with it...

I installed fileutils and tried. Still no go with monodoc.

could you try updating to mono 1.1.8.3/monodoc 1.0.7 and let me know

The environment is already set property. Though I went ahead and
tried, since maybe there's a bug I don't know about. It didn't do
anything differently.
