files in the US system. There are book upon books of brands. Brand
inspectors are to be familiar with the most popular brands and then should

Instead of all the worry about horse thieves, why not just bring back the
old penalty for horse thievery. The crime would go away quite quickly after
the first few necks were stretched! It wouldn't be a bad idea for the modern
version auto theft, either.
