If a Fjord is able to be registered with NFA is it possible to also
register it with NFHR?

I have a 20 year old Circle Y silver show and find the full QH horse bars
fit very well. I have also discovered that the full QH horse bars on the
newer saddles ( the last 5 years or so ) seem to be more narrow. Has any one
else had this

I recall someone mentioned tucker saddles here before. Does the 'wide' tree
work on fjord horses?
I noticed that it is not quite as wide as the full quarter horse bars on a
circle Y, so wonder if
they are wide enough?
thanks

I called the auction house today. The owner says that they rarely see a
Fjord, perhaps once or twice a year. They do handle Haflingers at every
weekly sale. There are numerous breeders here and Haflingers are pretty
common in Ohio

are beautiful and I can't wait to use them!!! One is black with gold trim
and with a dressage rider on a Fjord (what else?!) log on it and the other
is blue with a head s

Linda, not that far from you by plane is Carol's place in Nova Scotia. From
all pictures and other's remarks it would be perfect. No Arabs, just well
trained Fjords and beautiful rides on the beaches. Jean

The "auction" mare, as Sue said, was lumpy fat, no forelock, and she had
small, pig eyes. Not terribly Fjord typey. My impression of her was
short, fat and squatty. She did not come with papers. Why did I buy
her? She was broke to drive

At the Troyer Auction the past spring there were 11 fjords up for auction alI
were either unregistered or registered FBA (if you can call that registered,
sorry I have a bad attitude about the FBA). Karen Keith of this list
purchased a homely red dun mare

I called this morning. The owner said that they rarely see a Fjord come
through, maybe once or twice a year. They have Haflingers in every weekly
auction so perhaps that's how the rumor got started. There are lots of

I just got 2 new catalogs from riding tour agencies and have decided to
spend a week at a riding center next year. What I want is a stationary
program where I can stay and they take the riders out on trail rides for
an hour or two a day.
