We have a WinTec Pro Dressage and a WinTec 2000 All Purpose for Vili and they
both fit beautifully using the Extra Wide Gullet insert. Both of these saddles
have the CAIR panels and we're very happy with them and so is our Fjord! :)

I use a basic Pessoa CC saddle with a regular tree on Torden and it
fits him beautifully, and it's *so* comfortable!
Of course each Fjord is different, as nicely as the Pessoa fits
Torden, it didn't fit either of the other Fjords I tested it

Hi Linda-
I use Bob Marshall Sport Saddles. They are "treeless" meaning they have a
pommel and cantle for support, but nothing in between. Check them out at http://www.sportsaddle.com/";>

Linda,
I might have been the lone dissenter on the Wintec Isabell. It only fit 1
out of 4 fjords, marginally, and this was w/ the xtra wide gullet plate. It
was a cool looking saddle, and I was willing to try to adapt to it, but when

Hello from Carol Rivoire at Beaver Dam Farm in Nova Scotia --
There's been a lot of discussion on the List about the difficulty of selling

Just curious as to what brand of saddles everyone uses for their Fjords? I
read a post that someone used a Wintec Isabell and it didn't fit properly.
What brand of dressage or western saddles fit the Fjords better? I currently
own an Winte
