In Arizona, we had a young cougar lurking around for a few days and one
night he must have been desperate to get into a large corral with about 15
horses in it. He got a couple of scratches in, but must have been stomped
because there was

Lauren. I understand the adult Cougar has a 150 mile range, so it should
move on. If it is a young cougar I should think the adults can stomp the
critter enough to send it packing. We have one that ranges through here but
has never tried to get
