So u require to open a Flex Popup in other browser tab;
i guess u have to create a seperate swf file that will show popup
related data
and you can open it in new tab using URL loader;

Chrome color property will work for changing the header color, but the
problem is that style is inheritable, so it will affect the other controls
like buttons in the panel. so it is better to use skins and change the
header rectangles fill color. you can refer this site

I have got two separate columnCharts with differe data providers. I
want to have same sacale in both. since the data providers are
different, scale is no more same for the two.
Is is possible to make the scale same for the two charts? HOw?

keep play/resume download feature, so the user can pause and resume

Create new MXML Skin for panel
Then put it anywhere in the project, for Host Component you want to
find the Spark Panel, keep the create as copy of the PanelSkin. Then
just find that code you posted earlier and change the gradiant as you
