I have 3 different projects 2 library projects and 1 ActionScript
Project. I have generated swcs from my 2 library projects. I want to
use the swcs as External RSL at runtime for my ActionScript Project. I
tried to link the path 'External' as per in Flex 4 Documentation. But

I think you have to learn a bit more on Adobe AIR Application
development. The output file of an AIR application will not be an .exe
file. It will be .air file. Since you are using Cairngorm
architecture, you must have developed the application in Flex IDE. I

So far I concern 'Professional Adobe Flex 3' is the best book for
learning Flex. It was written by group of authors who were well know
for their skills in Flex.
Definitely keep this book around while learning Flex. Tremendous
content with lot of example codes to workout.
