The PowerSDR software setup form allows external control of pins X2-1
through X2-5. I've added support for control of X2-6. I'd appreciate this
as standard to support my home-brew LPF. Could it be added to a future
version please?
I use X2-7 for linear amp control as per normal.

This is a very appreciate request, the Bob's job on X2-6 addition is very
important for many proud SDR-100 user with home made PA and LPF.
I hope a integration of Bob's code in the next beta/official release.

1/8 stereo jack to a pair
of 1/4 jack mono (gray is LEFT and red is RIGHT), and setting the
mixer/hardware parameters like the images published.

You are probably going too low on one of the buffer settings if you are
hearing buzzing with that machine. Try using the following settings for the
buffers: Audio-512, DSP-1024, DMA-512. Let me know if that works. The DMA
settings are on the Delta Control Panel Hardware Settings Tab.

The keyer is back into 1.4.1. Major improvements in several areas
accomplished. ACPI 1.0 works as well.
