How does LogMeIn find the specific computer targeted if it does not do
port redirection from the firewall? That is some magic I would like to
understand.

Thanks, Ken.
Eric and I did a side by side comparison with some flavor of vnc and
the LogMeIn won out. Was that light or tightVNC? I use vnc all over
the office and it works very well over the internal networks.

Bill,
I much appreciate all the effort within the group and the hard work of Eric, Gerald and others.. But I would like to point out that some of us don't chase DX or run CW at 250 hz wide, but enjoy long QSOs with good friends and the only comfortable way to do that is listening 5 khz or wide
To everyone:
It is time to shut off the computers, turn off the radios and celebrate

I know already that RealVNC doesn't play nicely with
DirectX So my question then becomes: - does either
TightVNC or UltraVNC play nicely with DirectX?

I use PrimoPDF, it's free and installs as a printer drivers, so any
software that can print can create a PDF file.
It doesn't add any watermarks or nonsense to your output. I tried
about a dozen ones and this one was the only one that worked well
with all my software.

I need a free tool to convert visio output to pdf. I don't need an
offer to do the conversion, I will be using this repeatedly now that
Microsoft has actually fixed the thing. I want a tool for Linux or
Windows that will do the conversion.
I am working on a little present ;-).

First, Merry Christmas eve to all!
Recently, someone mentioned that Visual Studio C#
2005 was available as a Christmas download from Microsoft. I did that, along
with DirectX SDK and MDAC 2.8. Last night I tried my first compile with source
from Power V1.5.9. I got 8 errors, 4 warnings and

Richard, for your remote operation, you might want to look

The Skype voip stuff for the audio is pretty low bandwidth and would
