This may be a naive question, but I may have a problem with the X2-7 switching
on my 100watt SDR1000 (the 1watt unit is perfect).
Is it possible to replace the x2-7 output with a single transistor switch?

Please disregard my last email, I have solved the problem.
Like many questions on this reflector, writing the question down stirs another
chain of thought.
My apologies for taking up bandwidth.
By the way, the 1 watt unit works wonderfully as a driver for an external
transverter for EME.
