Charlie, The Icom rigs use a condenser microphone which requires a DC bias supply on the mic line. The Heil iC elements are also condenser elements for compatibility with the Icom mic input circuits and therefore also require a bias voltage. The Heil iC elements are NOT compatible with the

Steve, I think we actually changed this so that the upper limit is 0 (instead of +48). This was due to some audio characteristics that degraded dramatically when using values above 0. I'm not sure whether K5KDN has already updated the CAT interface (and docs) to address this or not, but I would

The new svn 2098 breaks the split vfo scroll option. It says it will only work if red crosshairs are visible. It does, for about 3 scrolls But then it stops working Even though the red cross hairs are visible it no longer scrolls vfo b but reverts to vfo a I've repeated this a couple of times.
