I just checked the default sound device and it is the Realtek mother board device. I changed it to VAC some time ago and it must have changed back on it's own I guess. I will set it back to the VAC, maybe that will fix it. On second thought it might shut off the computer sounds and I don't real

This is primarily a Windows issue. It is the function of the operating system to enumerate and maintain the device IDs for the sound card devices. Something is causing Windows to re-enumerate the available sound card device IDs whereby changing the ID numbers. What sound card is designated as
