KWM switches can be big problems and none of the HW manufacturers will
guarantee PC operation through a KWM switch, (unless you are running
Server HW) the switching of the keyboard and mouse will throw the OS
into a tailspin at times..

Everything appears to be good except you do not need the AGC-T set that high
with the extra gain provided by the preamp. Set the AGC-T as per this KB
article.

when I come back, and on / off with the start stop button fixes it.
