That helps. :-)
The precision in sampling reflected power, which is essentially a very low
power level isn't that accurate with different impedance values, so a little
bit of error in the reflected power measurement can result in a bigger error
when calculating SWR. The FLEX-5000 is much bette

I don't know anything at all about how PSDR computes SWR. And I suppose it IS
possible that it and the LP-100 are measuring different things or at different
places or something.
But I *do* know about the LP-100, and it's a seriously fine piece of

"The picture also shows a 'spur' that is present and simply switches from one

That is exactly what Spur Reduction is supposed to do. It really doesn't
reduce DDS spurs, per se, it moves them out of the RX passband.

I installed a SteppIR BigIR MKIII in my yard yesterday and it seems to be
working ok.
However I am getting some very different SWR readings when I compare the SWR in
PSDR
vs my LP-100.
Here is what I am getting on my BigIR. Some are crazy different.

Hi again Flexers...
I dug up an old Heathkit active antenna/preselector, replaced the active
devices and put it inline...
I took a pair of on/off screen caps for those who would like to see ...

The article was my first reading before buy the MacBook pro.
Googling for MacBook pro, boot camp and high dpc I had direct
indications to kbdmgr.exe
It is installed by default with bootcamp drivers and soft.
I think is very interesting add it to the powermac and powersdr howto.

Brian,
Open the "Setup" form & click on the "Transmit" tab. Towards the bottom of
the form is a box labeled "Monitor". Adjust the "TX AF" value to change the
monitor audio level.

having some time ON the air.
Long story short, first contact was on 40 CW, but very noisy and not so great.
