500/16 is the "normal" CQ CQ mode. It helps to turn on RSID if your software supports it too. Olivia busts through QRN like you wouldn't believe. You can decode signals you can't even hear.. down to about 26db below the noise. DX on 160 is a rare thing. (At least on digital modes) It's

I run Win7/64 with no problems, but I am using the special test Firewire driver that Flex provided for me to test with. I don't think there's any reason not to use 64-bit as long as the hardware drivers are available in 64 bit versions, which a stock laptop would already have with it. -Or
