If you are going to go that big try the Manson SPS 9620.
It is 120 amp and there are a few of us here running them and can't fault

What buffer size do you use when you go to 48 KHz?? I do the exact same
thing as you do for CW with 48 KHz sampling rate but have to change my
buffer size (the setting just above the sample rate setting) to about either
512 or 1024 and that solves it here.

your Firewire is running @ 100 mb/s rather than 400 mb/s that can cause the

I like different tuning steps depending which mode I'm on. When I'm on CW I
like 10 Hz but on SSB I prefer 100 Hz.
