Are you closing PowerSDR before turning the radio off? The memory.xml
file is held open until PowerSDR is closed, and PowerSDR may not close
if communications to the radio is lost.. When this happens, the
memory.xml and the database.xml may not write back correctly. So

The location of the either the Quick Record or Wave Record are hard
coded to the AppData folder location, same folder that has your radio
database in it..You will need to record it and then move to your
preferred drive.

There are lots of propagation sites and programs, but this one is
especially convenient to use and tells you what you want to know in a
