Hardware test is built-in…. 1) Remove antenna from radio 2) Go to setup and do a database reset 3) Do a production test - CTRL SHIFT P on the keyboard 4) Select what part of the Flex you want tested 5) Push run selected tests 6) See your results 73 John, ZS5J On 21 Jul 2013, at 11:19

[Flexradio] CW Key FlexControl Intermittent

Rick, If your using CW via a com port connection,, It could be that for some reason the FlexControl and CW key ( or some other device) is trying to use the same come port. I suggest you open the windows device manager and try a determine which comports are being used by what. Just a guess
