Same here as Gerald. The only negative (versus what you are used to) is to reply or track the dialog you have to go back to the community but I have not minded doing that. I think the community is less impulsive (you might say immediate) so it seems that there are many fewer emotional outbursts

Gerald the issue isn't posting of messages. It's the finding or retrieval of information. HRD did the same thing abandoning their email reflector and using a forum. As far as I have seen, it's a disaster. Efforts to find info generates massive amounts of unrelated or irrevalent material. The
