Couldn't figure out why my computer intermittently crashed. Finally got a
hint today of what set of circumstances causes it. It happens sometimes when
I switch bands. Turning off the audio and TX buttons before switching helps.
Apparently my computer has problems with handling the audio stream
When I first bought my Flex 5000 (2010) turn around on warranty repairs (1
in my case) was less than a week. Flex even sent me a shipping label so
there was no expense on my end.
I sent my 5000 in for non-warranty repairs in late August, 2014. Turn
around was about 4 weeks. Of course, that was
