I've decided to sell my 5000 and purchase a second 6700 radio.
Here are the specifics:

Yes, I use DXLabs daily. Fully integrates with the Flex. Very powerful. I
used HRD for many years but have been using DXLab for the past three years.

Dan,
Record the sound files using the N1MM app and they should work fine. At
least they do on my setup.

I'm interested in hearing if anyone is actually using the Heros Tiny
Preselector with the Flex 5000A. I imagine it would perform best in high RF
environments like 160M with BCB interference or in multi-station
operations.

I plan to operate in the NAQP RTTY contest this weekend with the Flex 5000A
and N1MM MMTTY engine. I would like to understand the offset setting that
folks are using successfully with this combination.
What are your PowerSDR settings:

I thought I would add a bit to the equation. I don't operate many SSB
contests (mainly CW) but I have pretty considerable experience with the N1MM
audio interface. I wrote the Flex KB article (needs updating) and was one of
the beta testers for the new N1MM audio interface.

Dieter,
Why not use the voice keyer in N1MM? That's what I use. It also works with

Mark,
DDUtil has a software timer that will unkey the radio. I also use an IP
controlled AC power strip that if everything else doesn't work then you can
send a command over the internet to kill everything.
