I was able to reduce this some by reducing the buffer size but still have to keep the mic keyed an extra second to avoid clipping the end of my transmissions. I'm also on 2.3.5 with a Mac book pro i7 and win 7 64, 8gb ram. I don't notice this delay on my f3k or f5k with same computer. Page 9
