Hi Jim. I had the same problem with my 5000A. Turned out to be the FireWire driver. What OS are you using? I'm running Windows 8 64 bit and forgot to install as administrator. Reinstalled starting the installer using "Run as". This solved the problem Sendt fra min iPad Den 2. mai 2013 kl. 05

[Flexradio] 2.6.4 issue

I had been running 2.5.3 until my hard drive crashed. Made sense to me to install 2.6.4 at this juncture. It seemed like the download went as it should have and my 3000 is recognized. When I attempt to run the program, a see a pop up window that tells me I need to update my firmware to continue.
