[Flexradio] AM BCB Images

Just got my 5000 and I've been doing a lot of listening. I also enjoy Broadcast Band DX'ing and I'm noticing that the AM Broadcast band performance is very poor. Local stations can be heard at many images. Is this status quo, or is there some mod to improve this? I am not hearing any AM

Thanks Tim...never having owned anything from Flex but my SDR-1000 I didn't know that! But I'll have to say that with the SDR-1000 and the right combination of settings, outboard filters, preamps, and antennas I've been able to hear everything from 1 watt LOWFERS at 180 KHz to meteor pings
