fine for PowerSDR CAT commands. I only had the problem with v1.18.3.

Having looked at the dump file, this is exactly what this looks like. It is
pointing to er2at64.sys which is for a USB serial port adapter. You may
want to see if there's a newer driver available for that adapter.
