the meter was enabled fldigi would not respond. I have since switched to
DDutil and I'm still experimenting but it still looks like a problem. I
will post more as I find out what does and doesn't work together on my
system.

I shut down BobSMeter and started DX Labs Commander on RCP1.
Commander works like a charm on RCP1 with no delay issues. I shut down
commander and start up BobSMeter on RCP1 and I have nothing but delay
problems. Even DDu
