The ONLY safe way is to have a hardware timeout timer. ANY solution
involving software is subject to a software crash, such as a BSOD, that will
leave the PC powered on with the radio stuck in transmit and all software
totally inoperable.

transmitting (operating PowerSDR remotely) through the wifi systems provided in
