Sure Cecil, here's my opinion.
First of all, it it NOT for hamming on 2 Meters.
It is not very sensitive, only covers 144 to 146 MHz,
and only has 100 mWatts of output. You would need
a receive pre-amp (GaAs FET) and a power amp.

I'm thinking of getting the 2M transverter for the SDR-1000 from Flex
and wanted some feedback.
How good is it? At present I see lot's of spurs on 10M, when hooked
up to the transverter will they still be there or will they be buried
in the noise base?
